Stop
The
Squeeze

Government overreach and wasteful spending are squeezing hardworking Delawareans through high taxes, failing schools, and rising bills. Chris Rowe — Navy veteran, neighbor, and candidate for the State Senate — is running to hold Dover accountable.

Homeowners were handed 20%+ property tax hikes without a vote. Schools burn $21,000 per student and rank 45th. Energy mandates keep inflating the bills of families who never asked for them. That ends here.

STOP THE SQUEEZEPROPERTY TAX RELIEFFIX OUR SCHOOLSAFFORDABLE ENERGYACCOUNTABILITY IN DOVERNAVY VETERANDELAWARE FIRST

Three fronts.
One mission.

Make Delaware affordable again — starting with the bills on your kitchen table.

I

Where's the $350M, Dover?

Property Tax Relief

17–20%+ property tax hikes landed on New Castle homeowners without a single voter ever casting a ballot on them. We'll impose hard caps, require voter approval for future increases, and shield seniors and fixed-income families from reassessment shocks.

  • 20%+ hikes
  • No voter vote
  • Hard caps now
II

$21K+ per student. Ranked 45th.

Fix Public Education

Delaware spends among the highest per-pupil figures in the nation and lands near the bottom in outcomes. Adopting Ron Russo's bold plan, we'll shift authority to principals, expand school choice, slash bureaucracy, and demand honest accountability.

  • $21K+ per pupil
  • 45th in outcomes
  • Money to classrooms
III

End the mandates inflating your bill.

Affordable Home Energy

Delaware imports nearly all of its power while RGGI and all-renewables-at-all-costs mandates squeeze family budgets against surging demand. We'll pause extreme mandates, expand reliable in-state generation, and put affordability and reliability first.

  • Exit RGGI
  • In-state power
  • Reliability first

The Candidate

He answered the call once.
He's answering it again.

Chris Rowe has spent his life serving — first in the United States Navy, and now fighting for the families of Delaware Senate District 7. He knows what it means to answer the call, to stand up when it's hard, and to put mission before self.

Today, Delaware families are squeezed from every direction: taxes they never voted for, schools that swallow record funding and deliver record failure, and utility bills inflated by mandates written far from their kitchen tables.

Chris is running because Dover has forgotten who it works for. He answered the call for his country in the Navy — now he wants to fight for the families of Delaware. It's time to bring accountability, common sense, and Delaware values back to the State Senate.

"Every dollar traced. Every promise measured."

The Plan

How we stop the squeeze.

  1. Step 01

    Cap property tax hikes

Require voter approval for increases above a strict cap. Protect seniors and homeowners from reassessment shocks.

  2. Step 02

    Restructure public education

Authority to principals, expanded school choice, slashed bureaucracy, honest accountability — the Russo plan.

  3. Step 03

    Audit administrative bloat

Follow the $21K+ per pupil. Move dollars into classrooms, not central offices.

  4. Step 04

    Pause extreme energy mandates

Exit costly programs like RGGI where they hurt families. Expand reliable in-state generation.

  5. Step 05

    Demand accountability in Dover

Where did the $350M go? Every dollar traced. Every promise measured.
